At Dilruba, breakfast is not just a meal — it is an experience in itself. With nearly 100 dishes spread across our tables and the Bosphorus stretching across three bridges before you, every morning here is something to remember. Everything is prepared fresh, every single day.
We recommend making a reservation for breakfast.
Our breakfast buffet is organized across six stations:
- 🧀 Cheese station — Van herbed cheese, Erzincan ash-rolled tulum cheese, Adıyaman goat cheese and more
- 🥗 Olive oil dishes station — seasonal mezes prepared with olive oil
- 🍯 Jam, honey & preserves station — honey from Erzurum and Bitlis; grape molasses (pekmez) prepared every August by hand in our own village in Adıyaman — stone-ground, pressed and boiled ourselves, used throughout the year; homemade jams
- ☕ Drinks station — tea from the samovar, filter coffee, hand-squeezed lemonade, slow-steeped basil sherbet
- 🍳 Hot station — fry buffet; butter poğaça rolls; omelette, menemen, eggs with sucuk or kavurma — just as you like it
Alongside the stations, you'll also find freshly prepared specialties every morning:
- Sourdough bread baked fresh every morning from flour stone-ground in Adıyaman
- Homemade yogurt — cultured by hand from dairy milk we boil ourselves, with a naturally gentle sourness
- 100% water buffalo kaymak (clotted cream)
- Home-produced red pepper flakes and isot from Urfa
